ScoreHero is the place you've probably all heard about. They have one of the best message board around and a score tracking system so you can pit yourself against the world's finest. Read the rules though, or you will surely be banned.
CustomHero is up and running. They only have a few charts for now, but with all difficulties AND co-op tracks to boot, you can't go wrong registering there.
